meet Emma
I am an illustrator based in Melbourne, Australia.
Colour is totally my jam! I love to create fun, colourful and vibrant artworks that bring a sense of happiness and joy. Colour really evokes a mood and response from the viewer, so I love experimenting with colour palettes and unusual colour combos.
I love variety in my work, designing illustrations inspired by the beautiful flora and fauna from Australia, to my small obsession with mushrooms, insects and moths, and everything in between.
I enjoy stripping things down and drawing simple cute animals or plants and flowers, and then at other times, I like to slow things down and explore more intricate and detail work.
Like a said variety is the spice of life right?! I believe its one of my super powers as an artist, I don’t like to pigeon hole myself into one genre or another, and throughly enjoy illustrating everything under the sun!
Being an artist is such a blessing and I am so grateful to do what I love, it can also be quite a solo career, so collaborating with companies and like minded souls is completely my thing - hello human interaction!

I see myself as a creative problem solver, (please no maths involved - haha) a colour enthusiast, with a solid work ethic and delivered all on time, because meeting deadlines is crucial in this game.
